We developed a comprehensive global strategy in 24 countries grounded on sponsorships and core sports integrations. While their internal team handled bottom funnel offers and logistics, we focused on the big hits, securing them key placements in the Superbowl, the Oscars and key Football games.
Within 18 months they achieved over 50 million users on their platform. Although the category faces challenges, they have managed their risk and exposure.
